He began his career in New York’s elite hospitality and event sector, managing award winning and prestigious event services and curating bespoke experiences for high-net-worth families, international executives, and private clients. James later expanded into finance, serving as Vice President of Investments at Chase and a trusted Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and AIG, where he developed operational discipline, risk management acumen, and a high net worth client-first precision that now define LaRusso Concierge.
James was also a licensed Florida Realtor and former President of a prominent Homeowners Association, giving him insider knowledge of property regulations, compliance, and market dynamics. These experiences add unique value to clients, allowing him to navigate local real estate and estate governance with authority, anticipate potential property issues, and ensure their estates are managed to the highest professional and legal standards.
